Bella’s Home Cleaning – Terms and Conditions
By booking a service with Bella’s Home Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cleaning cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward the final balance for your scheduled service.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cleaning cost.
This fee is not in addition to your deposit; if you cancel late, your deposit is retained as the cancellation fee.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. However:
Bella’s Home Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to cleaner availability, emergencies, or weather conditions.
We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
4. Scheduling Disclaimer
While we aim to honor your preferred service date and time, we cannot guarantee your cleaning will occur on the originally scheduled day.
The ability to complete your service on the desired date may depend on the number of cleaners required and their availability.
We will communicate any necessary changes promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
5. Agreement
By confirming your booking with Bella’s Home Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
