Pick up toys, cords, and other small items from the areas you’d like cleaned. If there’s a spot you’ve already tried to clean, let us know what spilled and what you used on it, if you remember.

We generally can move light tables and chairs, but anything heavy such as couches, beds, and recliners we do not move for liability reasons. If you would like us to get under something like that, it’s best to move it beforehand.

Plan to let the carpet dry before going back to normal foot traffic. Drying time varies with airflow and humidity, so keep that in mind if you’re booking before guests arrive.
